The WSRC-Chengdu Integrated Business & Halal Center is a part of the One Belt One Road Initiatives by the Chengdu, Xindu District government.

The City of Chengdu is divided into several strategic zoning, including the Financial District, Technology District, Innovation District and the Distribution District.
​
The Xindu District, is the Distribution District, where WSRC-Chengdu Integrated Business & Halal Center is located.
​
The Xindu District has the most ideal location because it is located just next to the Qing Bai Jiang Railway Terminal.
​
With the important railway terminal beside the center, the distributions to all Northwest China, as well as, Central Asia and most part of Eastern Europe has become more convenience, faster handling & transit time and less cost effective.
