WSRC Sec-General, Mr. Freddy Kuan, was officially invited by China Communications & Transportation Association (CCTA) and Lanzhou Municipal Mayor for the One Belt One Road Cooperative Projectss & Signing Ceremony
The signing ceremony of the Rmb180m cooperative projects was witnessed by Lanzhou Mayor, Mr. Wang Derong, President CCTA, Mr. Freddy Kuan (Singapore), Mr. Egalov (Uzbekistan) and other government officials from Beijing & Northwest Chinese cities.
